F1 Hungaroring combined day ticket

 

How does this travelcard entitle you to travel?

It is valid for 24 hours from the indicated start date and time (month, day, hour, minute) for an unlimited number of trips.

 

Where is it valid?

Within Budapest and Pest County on almost all BKK services, suburban and regional buses, HÉV suburban railways and designated trains. This ticket is not valid on the 100E Airport Express.

The F1 Hungaroring combined day ticket can be used for travel as follows:

  • within Budapest on lines 1-99, 101-299, 900-999, M1, M2, M3, M4, D14.
  • trains by MÁV and GySEV in 2nd class (except on trains with supplementary charges, but if the journey is only within Budapest, you can take any train and you do not need to pay a seat reservation)
  • suburban railway lines by HÉV
  • suburban bus services
  • regional buses by VOLÁN (lines 300-899),
  • local buses in the city of Érd

No validation required after purchase.

 

Ticket validation - with MÁV app

No separate validation required after purchase. At the metro entrance and when boarding at the front door, present the ticket from the app (with the validity period and barcode clearly visible).

 

Validity period

It is valid for 24 hours from the indicated start date and time (month, day, hour, minute) for an unlimited number of trips. On BKK lines and the HÉV suburban railway network, a journey started within the validity period can be completed on the vehicle being used even if the travelcard expires in the meantime.

 

Photo ID required for use

The ticket can be used together with an ID card, passport or driving licence in card format. It must be used together with the original ID card provided at the time of purchase.

 

Is it transferable?

No.

 

Sales points

At any BKK ticket office, customer service centre, or ticket vending machine (BKK Sales Point Finder).

This type of ticket can be purchased through the MÁV app (as well as on MÁV’s online ticket purchasing platform, though the ticket can only be used after downloading it to the app), or in paper form at MÁV ticket offices and ticket vending machines, as well as at VOLÁN ticket offices and on those buses where passes are otherwise available for purchase.

 

Refund rule

Refunds are only available before the start of the ticket’s validity period, and BKK will only refund tickets that have been sold by BKK. Of these, tickets purchased at a ticket office or customer service centre can be refunded at any ticket office or customer service centre; requests for refunds of tickets purchased from ticket vending machines (TVMs) can be submitted at customer service centres.

 

Further information

The ticket can be purchased between 20 and 26 July 2026. The start date of the validity period can be selected from the period between 24 and 26 July 2026 and cannot be earlier than the date of purchase.

When purchased at BKK ticket offices or customer service centres, the ticket is issued as two separate tickets (one 24-hour Budapest-travelcard and one Pest Vármegye24 ticket).

The ticket must be presented at the time of ticket inspection and handed over at the request of the person carrying out the check.

It is forbidden to remove the barcode and the serial number from the ticket. The ticket will not be replaced if it is lost!
