If you bought it online, exchange your voucher for a physical card at the airport or in the city
centre

simply show your card during ticket inspection

🔁 Do you want to redeem your Budapest Card? If you are a private individual, you can redeem your unactivated voucher that has not been converted to a physical card within 14 calendar days of purchase. If you decide to withdraw from the purchase and do not redeem your Budapest Card voucher, you must declare your intention to withdraw by filling in the form available here. Please send the completed form to [email protected] . We will then refund you the amount charged to the bank details of the credit card used for purchase within 30 days of being informed of the cancellation.
