What parking surcharges does BKK manage?
On 31 March 2022, the Budapest Municipal Debt Management company transferred its parking surcharge claims to BKK. Based on the assignment agreement, BKK became the holder of the receivables. At the same time, the personal data necessary for the identification of the surcharge payers (name, address, place and date of birth, mother's name) and the data of the debt were transferred to BKK as the new owner of the debt in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. (Sections 6:193, 6:194 (2) and 6:196).
How can the debt be settled?
The parking surcharge debt can be settled by bank transfer to BKK’s CIB bank account number 10700024-67032082-60900009 or to the independent bailiff in charge of the case.
