Budapest, 29 June 2021 – Starting from July, shuttle bus 100E will operate in the early morning hours as well to provide a convenient and direct connection between Budapest city centre and Liszt Ferenc International Airport.
In order to meet increasing travel demand to the airport and to adjust the timetable to early flight departures and arrivals, bus 100E linking Deák Ferenc tér in the city and the airport will start operating at 4:00 in the morning from Saturday, 3 July 2021. The shuttle bus will be running between 4:00 and 21:00 with a service frequency of 30 minutes. On the way to the airport, the bus only stops at Kálvin tér (additionally at Astoria at 4:02 and at 4:32 in the morning), while on the way to the city, passengers can get off at Kálvin tér and at Astoria stops as well. BKK will be monitoring travel demand along with flight schedules to be able to tailor the operating hours of bus line 100E.
