BKK’s Customer Service Centres at Liszt Ferenc International Airport reopen

Budapest, 28 April 2021- BKK’s Customer Service Centres situated at Liszt Ferenc International Airport reopen. BKK would like to further recommend that its customers continue using also the contactless online channels, as much as possible.

Due to the air traffic expected to be increasing, from 1 May 2021 (Saturday), BKK’s Customer Service Centres at Liszt Ferenc International Airport reopen, with a decreased number of available counters. BKK’s employees are at customers’ disposal between 8:00 and 22:00 every day at Terminal 2A, while between 9:00 and 21:00 every day at Terminal 2B. Tickets and passes are on sale from eight TVMs functioning around the clock at the airport and also through the mobile ticket app.

To make protection against the coronavirus more efficiently, staff of BKK Centre for Budapest Transport wear mask during their work and there is even a plexi wall separating them from customers. BKK would like to kindly request its customers to pay special attention to safe distancing while they are in the queue and, if they may, use bankcards for their payment, instead of cash.
