Project name: CH4LLENGE – Addressing Key Challenges of Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning
Duration: 20/02/2013 – 01/02/2016
Description
The main goal of the CH4LLENGE project is to introduce and integrate Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning (SUMP) into public awareness. In addition to the nine participating partners, 30 follower cities are involved in the project. These follower cities will adopt the new planning model based on the experiences of the leading cities.
In connection with the Budapest Mobility Plan (Balázs Mór Plan), BKK's tasks within the project included mapping out responsibilities related to public consultations and institutional cooperation, developing an action plan, and organizing local forums. The experiences gained during the project provided significant support for tasks related to sustainable mobility planning.
