On Hungary's national holiday, 15 of March there will be a number of events in Budapest, so traffic restrictions and road closures are to be expected in the city centre. Due to restrictions related to the events, there will be changes to the operation of several BKK services – you can find more information about this below. If you are traveling to the city center on Sunday, we advise you not to travel by car, but to use public transport instead – we particularly recommend using the metro network.
