The Penalty Fare Office handles all penalty fare related customer requests, such as the presentation of passes, penalty fare cheque payments as well as the review and settlement of previous penalty fare debts. A Customer Complaint Book is available to customers for recording their feedback and requests for a case investigation.
Customers also may apply for leniency regarding penalty fare payment if they can present justifying documents to support their application. It is very important to note, however, that applying for leniency does not automatically exempt the customer from penalty fare payment.
