Please note that in order to protect our customers’ and colleagues’ health as well as to prevent and stop the spread of the coronavirus,

the operation of the open space and open counter BKK Customer Service Centres listed below as well as the Central Customer Service Centre (address: 1075 Budapest, Rumbach Sebestyén utca 19-21) along with the Customer Service Points at Liszt Ferenc International Airport is temporarily suspended starting from
19 March 2020.

Ticket and pass sales points:

Penalty fare payment:

  • during the suspension period, the 5-day deadline for the retrospective pass presentation in person will begin from the reopening of the Customer Service Centres
  • the on-the-spot and base penalty fares can also be settled online (by bank transfer)
  • the payment deadline of the base penalty fare remains unchanged, however in the case of the on-the-spot fine, the deadline indicated on the information form given with the cheque will be extended until further notice, as follows: instead of two workdays, the 16,000 HUF base penalty fare can be reduced to 8,000 HUF if paid by online bank transfer within 15 workdays
