When and how can I get a refund for my mobile ticket?

Valid BKK day tickets and passes can be refunded during the 2-minute technical delay and until the beginning of their validity period (except for discounted annual passes). If the validity period of your BKK daily travelcard or pass has already started, you can no longer get a refund.

Occasional tickets can be refunded up to 1 years from the date of purchase. To get a refund, click on the "..." (three dots) in the top right corner of the ticket or pass image in the app to access the refund function. You will find the refunded product under used products. In the case of BKK services, the transaction will be cancelled with the status "refund" and the price of the product will be credited to the bankcard you provided at the time of purchase, according to your bank's settlement procedure.
