How do I get an invoice for my purchase?

An invoice will be issued about all purchases and sent to the email address you provided when registering after a successful transaction. In the app, you can request an invoice for both private individuals and businesses.

You can select one billing address per purchase from the saved billing addresses, but you can also add a new one at any time. (You can add up to three billing addresses for private billing.)

For companies, you cannot request invoices for any other discounted fare products apart from the "Monthly Budapest pass for parents with small children". Please take this into account when making purchases in the app if you need an invoice.
