If the automatic re-purchase fails, you will be notified by push message. Please check that the bankcard you have saved to purchase your pass is still valid, and please ensure that the price of your monthly pass is available on your bankcard each month. We will also send you a push message 1 day before your current pass expires if you have requested to be notified. Please always check the validity of your pass before you travel!
